*** Please note this kit includes a beer boiler that should only be used for the purpose of mashing and boiling malted barley, it is illegal in Australia to connect the beer boiler to the still for the purpose of distilling alcohol. If you wish to distil alcohol you must first apply for permission from the ATO to buy a still over 5 litres, and you must have an excise manufacturer licence.
