Every jewellery sent to you will come with a Vayo certification card. Vayo provides 12 month warranty on every jewellery purchased. We will repair or replace any jewellery which has a manufacturing fault except normal wear and tear.
Every Jewellery go through Vayo’s stringent quality checks before shipping to you, we take every possible effort to ensure you get product in perfect condition. However due to unforeseen circumstances and in any event during transit any item gets damaged or not in the condition that you bought, please contact us us for return or refund.
We do not provide warranty on altered, misused or general wear and tear items. Items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded outside the warranty period.
