As dire omens fill the skies, demons roam the countryside, and plagues ravage civilization, the Harbinger wanders throughout the realm of Talisman, prophesying the imminent end of the world. If you encounter him, he may help you stave off the end of the world and let you peer into the future , or you may be attacked by demon horsemen and stalked by cursed followers.
Time is running out. When the Harbinger entered the realm he brought with him a prophecy of impending doom and a series of seven Omens to watch for: when the seventh appears, the end is upon you. Talisman (fourth edition): The Harbinger Expansion features four unique decks of Omen cards, each making manifest a different downfall. In one Omen deck the constellations align, threatening the extinction of magic. In another, the dead rise from their graves and battle to overthrow the living. In another, the time of judgement arrives bringing with it war, famine, death, plagues, and other forms of destruction.
In the fourth, the world shatters into many pieces and the terrain transforms unpredictably. New Terrain cards enter the game and alter the landscape, supplanting fields with barrens, deserts with floodlands, and cities with bogs. As doom draws nearer, more and more of the realm is transformed until the seventh Omen appears and all of Talisman becomes a deadly devastation.
In game terms, when the Harbinger is in your region, you must draw from the peril-filled Harbinger deck instead of that region's normal Adventure deck whenever you are instructed to draw cards. When you draw an Event, the Harbinger moves into your space, but has no ill effects upon you. However, you move into the space occupied by the Harbinger, you must roll a single die. The result could grant you a second turn, or let you look at the top three cards of any deck you choose. It might force you to populate your space with vicious enemies, treacherous followers, and unpredictable events. Worst of all, your result might cause the current Omen to be discarded, activating the next Omen and hastening the advent of the end times.
CHANGE OF MIND:
We will happily provide a refund subject to the following conditions:
• The products being returned are in sealed, unused and re-sellable condition
• Proof of Purchase accompanies the returned product
• The request for return is within 30 days from the date of delivery
• The product is not a Trading Card Game (TCG)
• Any return postage is to be covered by the customer
All returns will be carefully inspected by our staff upon receipt into our warehouse to ensure the above conditions are met, prior to approving an online refund. It is an expectation that our customers advise us of any issues relating to their order prior to returning the product to us for consideration. Any returns deemed non-complaint with the above conditions will consequently not be eligible for a refund, the product will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of it. Please note: we are currently unable to process any exchanges via post.
FAULTY PRODUCTS:
Defective items include (but are not limited to):
• Broken parts
• Missing parts
• Manufacturing inconsistencies
• Damage sustained during delivery
Defective items do not include:
• Products specified as a random assortment of potential items where a specific item was not received
• Products which include cards subject to a random draw, including TCG products.
If you have received an item you believe to be damaged or defective, please contact Customer Care via the order message function within 30 days of the date of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the defect or damage, including the state of packaging, where applicable.
If we determine the product you have received is indeed faulty, you will be entitled to one of the following remedies:
• A replacement of the faulty part (including postage paid by us, where applicable)
• A replacement of the entire faulty product (including postage paid by us, where applicable)
• A full refund of the purchase price for the affected product (including postage, where applicable).
Gameology will always work with you to fully understand the extent of your inquiry and to deliver an appropriate and satisfactory resolution for you.
RECEIVING INCORRECT OR ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS:
In rare cases, you may find you have received an incorrect or additional item in your delivery. If this occurs, please contact Customer Care via the order message function as soon as possible, providing:
• Details of the issue encountered
• Photographic evidence of the products received.
We will assess and work with you to resolve any such issues in a timely and efficient manner.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS:
After your order has been placed it immediately begins to process through our system to make its way to you as quickly as possible! After this process has begun, it is very difficult to cancel or amend an order.
While we cannot guarantee this is possible, please contact Customer Care urgently should you wish to check, including your Order Number/s and specific cancellation/amendment details in your request. Any requests unable to be actioned will be subject to our Change Of Mind return conditions.
RETURN TO SENDER:
If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an error on part of the customer, including (but not limited to):
• Failure to collect from Post Office or Drop Location within courier hold timeframe,
• Providing incorrect or incomplete delivery address at checkout,
• Refusing any applicable customs fees,
the order will be refunded and re-stocked into our warehouse inventory, less the standard $10 RTS fee we incur from our couriers as a result.
