Who covers the engine warranty on mowers?

• Briggs & Stratton engine are covered by Briggs Australia
• Honda Engines are covered by Honda Australia
• All other engines are covered by Parklands

Returns Policy

If you wish to return any goods, please contact us within 14 days from the date you have received the goods. The goods must not be used, tempered with and returned in the original carton once you have an approved RA number from Parklands Power Products.

During the process of obtaining RA number, Parklands Power Products reserves the right to ask you to take to the machine to your closest Parklands Power Products servicing agent for assessment to ensure the goods are not damaged, not used and the return is due to manufacturing fault only. Parklands Power Products will not be liable for any transport and other costs incurred to transport goods to or from the Parklands Power Products appointed servicing agent.

Parklands Power Products will also not be liable for any return freight if the RA is approved. Parklands Power Products reserves the right to have full discretion on issuing RAs.
