We have a 30-day return policy, which is applicable to the original purchaser of a Teami Down Under product only. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at Team Down Under. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you would like to request a return because you are not fully satisfied or the product is delivered in a damaged condition, Teami Down Under may accept returns or exchanges of the product purchased directly from Teami Down Under only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• The product must be received by Teami Down Under within 30 days of purchase; no returns will be accepted after this time period;
• The original purchaser must provide the receipt or invoice as received when the order was placed directly from Teami Down Under; and,
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we require a picture of the product at the time of delivery, so that we can evaluate the issue.
• Teami Down Under does not promise or guarantee any specific result or effect from using our products. Teami Down Under shall be obligated to ensure the product is safe and meets satisfactory conditions up until the point of delivery. Dissatisfaction with the results of the product will not be grounds for a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
