This smart door lock is perfect for offices, rental apartments, or homes where many people need to gain access. Designed to replace a traditional door lock and enable users to gain access by using an App via Bluetooth(R) on their smartphone or tablet, or a unique passcode entered on the keypad. The administrator uses an app on their iOS or Android Smartphone to generate permanent, timed (6hr), and one-time (24hr) passcodes, freeze or delete codes, and to view a record of who has gained access. Power is provided from 4 x AA batteries for up to 5000 operations before needing to be replaced. A low battery alert sounds when the battery is getting low, and the remaining power can be checked by the administrator via the app. Other features include a tamper alarm, auto-lock, unlock alert, and a 5 minute lockout if a passcode is incorrectly entered too many times. We provide a 365-day warranty against material defects and workmanship on all our products. This is on top of the 3-12 month manufacturers' warranty already provided with many of our products (please refer to the individual product listing for specific warranty period).
The manufacturers' warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper use, assembly, maintenance or storage of products.
