1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Two of these in my home and the whole house is warm throughout. Great product. If I had to pick on anything it's the volume when pressing buttons and no wheels. Great price.
