Okinawa Sour by Temple Brewing Co is a crisp, fresh, and zesty beer with citrus peel flavors and a sticky fruit tartness. Okinawa Sour is made by adding Lactobacillus to the wort (the liquid extracted from the mashing process) before adding brewer's yeast. This sour process gives the Shikuwasa fruit, which is grown natively in Okinawa, it's characteristic tropical fruit and citrus flavors and smells. This citrus sour from Temple Brewing Co will blow your mind when cracked ice-cold from the esky or fridge.
