Instructions
Place foot in elastic sock, take wrap and cross over the top of foot and under the arch. Then wrap around the ankle attaching the hook closer for desired compression. Please turn inside out to use on either ankle.

This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reaction. If pain persists, discontinue use and consult your medical professional.
