Covering the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.
The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:
Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.
To initiate the return process, follow these steps:
Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

I bought this desk for my 11 year old granddaughter. She loves to sketch/draw and has been laying on the floor or sitting at kitchen table for this activity. The desk has been an amazing hit with her, as she can easily adjust the height/angle so she is comfortable. It also has soft cloth draws where she can now store the bulk of her specialty pencils, fine liners and textas. She uses her desk all the time, even for homework. The instructions for assemblingthe desk were very easy to follow. We all love this desk and recommend it highly

The ability to adjust height and the solidness of the frame all add to ease of use which is perfect for me. The drawers and side slot where I can put my accessories are a nice touch and the actually desktop is smooth and even allowing me to draw on many sizes of paper.
