Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Easy to assemble, sturdy construction, fits 2 beach cruisers, and 2 mountain bikes, the clamps for the frame requires thinking on which bikes to mount to each bracket, otherwise bikes appear to be secure, suggest add an alligator strap as an added peace of mind, would be handy for an option of 7 flat pin trailer plug, otherwise easy to retro fit from the large round 7 pin, good product, well priced and suited to our needs.

Great bike rack easy fits 4 bikes on it and fairly straight to use. It is built strong and being able to open the boot with it on is a great feature. Only little thing was it was a bit of a pain to put together as it was a bit fidly. Instructions was easy to read and assemble takes about an hour. We are very happy with it.

this 4 x bike carrier is very good considering that it is under $300, anything like this from a bike shop is over $450. maybe one con to this , is that you need to put it together yourself, but i had no trouble.
