We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I like how tower fans take up less room in the bedroom than traditional fans. My previous tower fan lasted many, many years and was fantastic. I look forward to getting great service from this fan once Summer comes.

Best fan I have ever owned! I love this fan. Takes up hardly any space, unlike our old ordinary pedestal fan, but the three speeds mean you can choose how much breeze you need. The remote control means you don't even have to get up if you decide you want to change its settings.
