That's around 20°C to 25°C higher than normal boiling point in your stovetop cooking and the cooking time under pressure is up to 70% faster. This quality stainless steel cooker has a gasket-sealed pan plus a secure locking lid and as a safety priority, the lid cannot be opened when the cooker us under pressure. Instructions and a cookbook are included.
