The unfiltered water is delivered through an independent tube to avoid mixing it with tap water. Returns Policy

You must contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery of the product if you wish to return the product.
We will provide directions and an address for the return. You must then return the product within 14 days of us authorising the return. The return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
The product has to be received in "as new" condition, unused, and 100% re-saleable in original packaging.
The product must be wrapped for shipping to protect it from additional shipping labels and markings.

Beautiful tap. Sits perfectly on the sink with the goose neck allowing adequate room for filling pots and a fast fill rate. The filtered water is easy to access and has a decent flow rate. The lever is simple and easy to use and the filtered water has a light that flashes when in operation and when it needs a filter change. Works well with other brands of filtration systems. Overall a fantastic tap, very happy.
