Warranty & Returns Policy
All products from BetterHome come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyers part.
Please contact us to return the defective items for exchange during the warranty period. We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) for each item that needs returning. We do not accept the returns without first requesting an RMA number.
The items should be returned with our original packaging. The defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement or exchange will be made. The buyers must contact us for the return address for all return products.
Only partial refund will be completed upon receipt of the returned item if the return is a result of buyer's error. We cannot offer free shipping for the buyers who placed the incorrect order. The buyers are responsible for all the actual shipping cost.
In all cases, the return shipping fees are at buyers own cost to return the items for the exchange or the refund. We are responsible for the postage of the replacements.

The U28 unit turned up quicker than expected. I've only tried the unit once and it performed as good as I'd hoped on an old Landrover that is usually hard to start (I normally have to use a 30 amp charger which is a pain to set up).

Happy with jump starter,it will start 6 cylinder petrol car and 2.8 litre diesel without battery.It is compact size and has handy options of usb to charge your phone and tablet,flashing red led for emmergency use and doesnt require regular charging due to lithium iron battery.Delivery was on time and without hassle
