Delivery time is 3-14 business days from dispatch depending on where you are in Australia. Please also allow 1-2 business days for processing of your order. We endeavour to process our orders as quickly as possible. All deliveries are issued with a tracking number to track your parcel.
Please note that if the parcel is returned to the sender due to the wrong address being provided, you will need to pay a $10 restocking fee and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from your total refund. Once the returned to sender parcel is received we will send out a notification email to confirm the correct address, and we will keep your stock for two weeks only if we don't get a response from you. If the cancel or exchange requests are made after the dispatching a $10 restocking fee will also be charged.

In most situations, you should be able to choose your ugg in your usual shoe size. Please be aware that the Ugg boot will stretch within a few weeks, it is okay to feel a bit snug initially.
However, shoe size often varies depending on the brands, styles, and manufacturers. When choosing the size, we suggest measuring your foot length, matching the size chart below, and double-checking the size description on the product page.

True to their word.... my product arrived in lightening speed and were perfect! True sizing and I have worn them every day in nz - warm and comfy ..... highly recommend purchasing these and this website! Fab service guys xx

These UGG boots are simply beautiful. They're comfy and warm. Love them. I purchased a second pair for my daughter. Even though it was the wrong size the support team was great and very quick and helpful to resolve the issue to getting the right size for me. And great communication from the support team. I definitely recommend these gorgeous boots. Melina
