niden has released the 2nd generation of its wire-free home security range with a cloud based, rechargeable, solar powered, full HD 1080P, home security camera called the Guardian App Cam Solo+.
The weatherproof* App Cam Solo+ is the second generation of the popular App Cam Solo wire-free camera, and includes improved functionality, such as Thermo Sense Technology, rechargeable batteries and an optional solar power connection for an uninterrupted power supply.
With a new contemporary design, the App Cam Solo+ can be placed anywhere inside and outside of the home to keep watch at any angle.
Thermo Sense Technology is a smart heat sensor that detects motion from heat sources, such as people, to avoid common false alarm triggers like curtains or branches moving with the breeze. It provides users with more reliable motion detection notifications when using the free-to-download Uniden app.
A completely wire-free solution, the App Cam Solo+ includes a rechargeable battery with long lasting power and can be charged either directly via a power outlet or with the optional Uniden Solar Panel accessory. The battery can be easily disconnected from the camera with its Quick Swap design, without removing the whole unit from its location, providing a quick and hassle-free recharging solution.
The optional Uniden Solar Panel can be used alongside the camera and effortlessly positioned for optimal sunlight exposure. The solar panel will recharge the App Cam Solo+, while providing non-stop power during daylight hours, allowing footage to be recorded and viewed without the risk of draining the battery.
Footage is able to be recorded and viewed in Full HD 1080p and accessed from anywhere in the world via the dedicated Uniden app. Footage can be stored directly to SD card or the Uniden Cloud ensuring important moments are captured and available for replay when required.
Users have the ability to two-way talk in real time through the built-in microphone and speaker for easy communication with visitors including couriers, while also acting as a deterrent to unwanted guests. A siren can also be activated remotely to alert intruders that someone may be on the premises.
A range of Uniden accessories are available for the App Cam Solo+, including an App Cam Solo+ strap to assist with mounting the camera without drilling a hole and providing an optimal position. A black silicon sleeve fits neatly over the camera to blend into surrounding areas, while reducing any glare from the sun.
The App Cam Solo+ also includes popular Uniden features to help protect the home such as 130-degree wide angle viewing, night vision up to 10 metres and up to 180 days standby time.
The Uniden App Cam Solo+ is suitable for all sized properties and allows users to connect as many cameras as required to one device. The App Cam Solo+ is available in single, twin, triple and quad packs with cameras able to be integrated into Uniden’s WiFi Guardian range, providing flexibility for changes in lifestyle.

WARRANTY POLICY
Linelink Online works closely with our vendor partners to ensure that any warranty claim that you may submit is repaired or replaced in a timely manner. Of course, some conditions are applicable and they are detailed below.
For warranty based returns, all products we supply are covered by a 12-month warranty unless specified otherwise. All warranty returns must contain a copy of our invoice or other proof of purchase in the package and have a "Return Authorisation Number" issued before being returned to us or our vendor partners.
Linelink Online cannot be held responsible for the length of time that a manufacturer may take to assess a warranty claim for replacement / repair of goods.
Linelink Online is not responsible for any costs associated with returning goods back to us / our fulfillment warehouses. These costs are to be borne by the customer in all circumstances.
Any misuse of a product whatsoever will void your warranty. Such things include the product being dropped, liquid damage, software or hardware tampering, use of inappropriate accessories, modifications and any other form of physical damage whatsoever. If a product is returned under warranty and it is not faulty or has been damaged a $75 "No Fault Found / Processing" fee will be payable before the goods are returned.
RETURNS POLICY
Linelink Online offers a 7-day hassle free returns policy for non-warranty returns with the following conditions.
To be eligible for a refund the products must be returned, totally unopened and in the original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, inspected or soiled in any way whatsoever are not eligible for return. Our decision on whether an item has been opened, used, soiled or not returned in original packaging is final.
Refund methods can be in the form of return of funds to the original payment method. The return funds method will be at the discretion of Linelink Online.
A 25% restocking fee may be payable due to the costs associated with processing your return in certain circumstances. Costs incurred in returning products are the responsibility of the buyer (freight and adequate packaging) and Linelink Online will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to you. A freight service with tracking must be used for the return of any goods.
When an item is returned, it will be fully inspected before any refunds are granted. If an item is returned not meeting these conditions it will be returned to you with applicable costs. Linelink Online reserves the right to refuse any non-warranty return.
