The VIPER 185 comes standard with a 10 AMP domestic plug, making it the ultimate welding machine for the home workshop and DIY use. The welding machine’s lightweight construction means it can be transported with ease to wherever it is needed.The VIPER 185 is a powerful multi-process inverter welding machine featuring MIG, TIG and Stick(MMA) capabilities. It is also Spool Gun Ready, and includes a geared wire drive ensuring smooth wire feeding in all situations.
Both Gas Shielded and Gasless wires are supported, providing MIG welding capabilities across a range of metals including Mild Steels, Stainless Steels and Aluminium. Also included are stepless voltage and amperage controls, wire inch and burn back adjustment for easy set up and control of your welds. For additional flexibility, connecting a PLSP150A Spool Gun provides the ability to use thinner/softer wires such as aluminium.
Lift Arc DC TIG welding is supported on the VIPER 185, through the connection of 17V TIG torch for Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Copper welding. Stick welding (MMA) is also supported with the capability to run electrodes up to 4.0mm, perfect for jobs where access to a gas cylinder is unavailable.

UNIMIG MS.9B Welding Wire is a high quality, copper coated, triple de-oxidised solid MIG welding wire supplied on 5kg Plastic Spools. It is a mild steel welding wire that contains higher levels of manganese and silicon than other standard grades of MIG wire to produce high quality welds when used on dirty, oily, or rusty steel.
The high silicon content increases the fluidity of the weld pool, thus creating a smoother bead appearance and resulting in minimal post-weld grinding.
Engineered to provide porosity-free, x-ray quality welds at the highest tensile strength (as welded) of all the plain carbon steel wires.

WARRANTY POLICY
We offer a 12-month warranty on all products used for private household use and a 3-month warranty for commercial use from the date of purchase. Please refer to the individual product listing for specific warranty terms and period.
Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.
Warranty is considered void if there is mishandling product during transportation after pickup or truck delivery to the buyer's premises.
Warranty Process:
You must produce the original invoice or other proof of purchase document disclosing the purchase date.
All costs of return postage, transport and freight, travelling expenses, hiring tools, labors in fitting parts are paid by the customers.
Parts purchases, consumable components, and accessories )such as hoses, clutches, spray guns, brass head pumps, blades, tines, etc.) are not covered by our standard warranty once used. If you have an issue with parts or consumable components please contact us to discuss a resolution prior to using the item.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Faulty Product
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have received a faulty product. We will need to assess whether the fault is a major or minor fault and will either arrange for the product to be repaired or replace. Some manufacturers require us to send fault items to them for assessment before we can give you a replacement.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned at buyer's cost in new condition (not being used) and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from our customer service.

Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you via phone or your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. If you do without instructions, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.
When a return is authorized, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered, which may include repairs, or replacement items at our discretion.
Applicable freight fees plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you have changed your mind and wish to return your product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
