RETURNS:

• Mischief & Co. follows high production standards and all garments are checked thoroughly for faults on arrival and before dispatch. If you have a concern we request that you contact us immediately upon receiving the goods to arrange for a credit or exchange. At the most you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your goods to let us know of your request for a refund or exchange.
• Refunds are only available on defective goods.
• Refunds Exchanges or Credits will be given at the discretion of Mischief & Co.
• No refunds are given for incorrect choice or change of mind. You will only be able to exchange or receive store credit wherever applicable.
• We cannot refund postage fees on delivery and return of goods - the customer is responsible for all postage costs. Customer can use PayPal Return an Item service as its sole discretion. We recommend that goods be returned via registered mail for safe delivery. Mischief & Co. will refund either to your Paypal account or Credit Card whichever method of payment you purchased the goods with.

• All garments returned for refund/ exchange must have original tag still attached as when purchased be unworn undamaged be in original packaging and include a copy of the original invoice for customer reference.
