Service in purchasing was very good . Delivery was a different matter took 12 days to get here from when it was picked up from your depot.

I am rating the product not the process. After ordering the product it was with AUSPOST the following day. It had not moved for over a week so I queried AUSPOST. They said they had not scanned the item, had simply relied on the supplier to post it. After a search AUSPOST said they could find no trace of the iPhone. Raised a dispute with mydeal and paypal. The actual 3rd party vendor replied and said they had posted the phone, but would checkup with AUSPOST. After some tooing and froing, I then got back after a week or so and advised the dispute would be escalated to a claim through paypal (there is a time limitation) if no phone or refund by COB that Friday. I received the phone express post with original tracking number on the Friday. So 3+ weeks later received the phone. WRT the phone, very happy with the quality, it was as described.
