WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

Every WOLSCH Watch comes with a 2-year manufacturers warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself. These defects are limited to the movement, case and crystal and glass. Other parts of the watch, including tools associated with the watch are not covered by this warranty.

Repair or replacement charges will be incurred by the customer in the following cases, even if it falls within the warranty term:

• Damage or failure caused by an attempted repair, modification, improper use or carelessness (this includes crushing, knocks, dents and any damaged that is deemed to have been caused by the customer).
• Any damage or failure caused by water, fire, or any natural disaster.
• Any damage that has occurred due to normal "wear and tear" and ageing. This includes but is not limited to minor scratches on both the case and glass and discolouration of bands. WOLSCH Watches reserves the right to make final decision on the cause of the fault.
• Battery replacement is charged even during the warranty term.

WOLSCH watches may replace damaged or faulty parts if it is deemed to meet the warranty conditions. In the event that original parts are not available, WOLSCH Watches will offer the customer a replacement watch free of charge. If the product is found to have a major fault, WOLSCH Watches will offer the customer a replacement.

In the event that a replacement is not available, the customer may choose a product of the same or lesser value. No cash refund will be allowed. WOLSCH Watches will however also provide a refund of any shipping costs associated with the return of the watch (a valid receipt must be provided for shipping costs).
