Made of long-lasting cast iron, this manual mill can turn corn, nuts, spices, and other grains into flavourful, preservative-free flours. This grain mill is also easy to assemble and operate, and equipped with an adjustable clamp that suits most tables or benches.

Cleaning and care To prepare the grinding plates, grind 1-2 cups of cheap dried beans. Discard the first preparation millings before starting your actual milling.
To take care of the mill, clean every separate piece of the grinder.
Dry them very well till you eliminate the moisture.
Apply a thin oil layer to every piece, specially to the pieces that come into contact with food.
