Bring the outdoors in with this large rectangular multi-purpose grill and griddle made from heavy-duty, seasoned cast iron with a non-stick surface that improves over time. The grill side has tall, distinct ridges with the dual purpose of elevating your food out of any fat it has rendered during cooking, and leaving well-defined grill marks. Perfect for grilling meats, vegetables, even fruits! The smooth griddle side is great for frying fish, eggs, bacon, pancakes, or even used in the oven to cook home-made pizza. Includes two built-in handles for easy transfer from the stove or oven to the table.

Cleaning and care Handwash with hot water and salt or mild soap then wipe with a towel to dry thoroughly.
Rub the grill with a light coat of oil (flaxseed, coconut or canola).
Place in the oven and heat up until lightly smoking. Turn off the heat then carefully use a paper towel to wipe off excess oil.
Once completely cool, store in a cool, dry place.
