The bench set is made of weather-resistant and waterproof PE rattan, easy to clean, hard-wearing and suitable for daily use. The bench has a sturdy powder-coated steel frame. It is also lightweight, making this outdoor bench easy to move around. The two seats are connected by a tea table. So, you can conveniently keep your drinks or favourite books within reach. The thick, removable seat cushions are very comfortable. The easy-to-clean polyester covers with concealed zips can be removed and washed.
Note: We recommend covering the set in the rain, snow and frost.

If you decide to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).

Covering the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.
The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:
Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.
To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
