Thanks to its memory foam, the mattress has an incomparable viscosity and density, and will quickly return to its original shape after use. The mattress automatically distributes your weight and reduces stress on your body's pressure points. It helps to soothe the pain in the neck, back and joints.
Assemble is easy. Please note that for hygienic reasons, the mattress cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or removed.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Be unassembled.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
