Our massage chair has 10 different massage settings and heating function. The seat can be adjusted in many different positions.
The seat is made of artificial leather and has 10 massage points for the head, neck, back and legs. The massage points send out relaxing vibrations in 3 different intensities. With the included remote control you can pick on of 10 different massage programs. With one push of the button the seat can also be heated for an even more relaxing feeling. The backrest can be adjusted backwards, while the footrest can be adjusted upwards; this position makes it possible for you to lie down. The chair also offers a timer option to set the length of the massage.

If you decide to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
