Constructed from high gauge steel tubing that has a minimum wall thickness of 5mm it means they can take a beating in any commercial premise. It is then coated in a durable, texture powder coat and the racks and rigs come with a lifetime structural warranty.
Broad Product Range To ensure you have full flexibility with your rack, we carry several unique parts that allow you to use your X-Frame for all sorts of applications. This includes calisthenics and boxing on top of straight squatting, chinning and benching.
Tested All components have been tested by our in-house engineers to determine the static loading limit under intense computer simulations to exceed industry standards for commercial equipment.
Modular Design X-Frame setups are completely modular in design, meaning it can be extended in 43” and 70” sections as your business grows and expands.
Clearance Please note you need a minimum ceiling clearance of 2.65m for installation. It is recommended around 2.9m to 3m ceiling clearance to ensure full functionality overhead for barbell work and bar muscle ups. Allow at least 1m clearance either side for comfortable access when changing barbell plates.
Installation The half-cell options require wall mounting, so there must be access to a load bearing surface in order to attach onto the wall. SMAI uprights have the allowance for fixing to a floor or structural surface using M16 size dynabolts / concrete screws. Each upright requires three screws. The method used to install the uprights is dependent on the floor they are being affixed to and your preferred method. Any M16 fixing 75mm or longer is suitable for the intended purpose of functional training depending on the thickness of the flooring.

All products sold by SMAI have a manufacturing warranty that covers the structural integrity of the product, and so long as the equipment is fit for its intended purpose (this excludes clearance items). If your product turns out to be faulty or damaged, SMAI will repair, replace or refund the item; unless (but not limited to):
Unless otherwise specified in our Warranty Policy, all products have a 3 month manufacturing warranty, starting from date of invoice.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure correct installation and maintenance of the products, and inform further users or clients of proper equipment usage and handling. We recommend that you conduct regular equipment audits to ensure that all your products are correctly maintained and replaced as required.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 14-day returns policy for change of mind or claims against the discrepancies with orders.

To exchange your item (i.e. for a different size, colour etc.), you will need to ensure the item you are exchanging satisfies our Returns Policy.
To submit a request, please contact us. Please note you will need to include the original invoice number, as well as your desired exchange item (colour, size etc.) in order to avoid delays in processing.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping/insurance/packing/tracking costs for the return of your item, as well as shipping costs on the desired exchange item.
Our shipping costs are non-refundable. SMAI are not liable for any loss or damages that can occur during transit during the return of your item, therefore, we recommend you purchase additional insurance and/or tracking to ensure the item is returned in satisfactory condition.
