As a member of the NZ Manuka Honey Exporters Collective, our honey will carry either anNPA rating (from 5+ to 25+) or an MGO rating (from 100 - 1600). These are the two standards adopted by the Collective to give you the consumer every confidence that you are buying genuine NZ Manuka Honey with real ant-bacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits, throughout the shelf life of the product.

For unusual cases, we accept returned products within 7 days and refund the cost of the product excluding shipping, packing and handling costs, the products must not be opened as we will not refund opened products. Returned items must be sent to us at the buyers expense.
