4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Good value for what you paid for and very impressive with the quality. Items are as described as web page. Used only once to spray 4 acres property since receiving other than I ordered just before Easter has to wait for being delivered could not fault it at all.
