This is the Builders Model, not the Infinity. We are able to offer great prices because of this. The only differences between the two are a slight colour difference, also the infinity model has a status monitor which shows the current temperature and any error codes, as well as 12 Years Warranty on the heat exchanger instead of 10. |

Warranty Policy
All products at are brand new and come with a minimum of 12 months Manufacturer's Warranty (unless otherwise specified). You must retain a copy of your tax invoice and contact the Manufacturer directly if you require warranty service and repairs.
Returns Policy
We recommend that customers thoroughly inspect the goods when delivery takes place. If upon delivery you notice an item is damaged, not as described, or faulty, you are required to reject delivery by the driver to which you will need to contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours to arrange re-delivery.
As the customer, you have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made.
