1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Great product Bought two of these approximately 2 & 1/2 years ago. The lounge chairs have spent there life outside next to the pool and they still look new.
