2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Love this product. Great quality for the price. The only negative would be that the is a hard bar right where you sit but once you position yourself correctly it is fine.

Very happy with it. Seems sturdy, light and easy to move. Joining bar seems to sit right in the middle of my back though.....folded towel fixed that ...good value.
