Since its release in 2009, WIDE LOAD® has become the benchmark in wide fitting extra depth safety footwear. Designed and developed in Australia in collaboration with leading orthopaedic/custom made shoe makers and podiatrists, the WIDE LOAD® last is based on EEE+ fitting providing an additional 8mm overall forefoot girth. Wide Load is 12-15mm wider and 6mm higher than the industry standard facilitating the fitting of custom made orthotics.

The new WIDE LOAD® SERIES 3.0 technology provides:

  • Combination of a low density polyurethane shock absorbing midsole with a hard wearing thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) outsole for tough working conditions.
  • The direct injection soling process forms a secure bond between the upper and midsole and provides a robust and durable combination.
  • The anatomically designed forefoot provides an additional 15% "footprint" compared to the industry standard. This additional surface area combined with the self-cleaning cleat design provides maximum stability and enhanced slip resistance.
  • The bevelled heel strike and heel cushion zone help reduce foot, leg and lower back fatigue.

Exchanges

Have you recently purchased a product from us and would like to exchange it? To qualify for exchange please check if your product meets the 2 criteria’s bellow:

1.    Product is not opened, used, worn or damaged
2.    Product is in original packaging with all parts and tags included. We won't accept returns for products without the original packaging.

If your product meets the criteria above, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order and we will provide the details so you can exchange your item. If we are not contacted within the 7 days period you won’t be able to exchange your item.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all the shipping cost related to any exchange including cost to return and to send the new item. The only exception is if we have sent the wrong item by mistake, in this case we will cover all the shipping cost.

Returns

You can return your item if:

1.    The item is faulty or does not work
2.    The item is not fit for the purpose stated in our description or does not match description.
3.    Change of Mind

Xtreme Safety offers a 60 Days money back guarantee in the event of the product being faulty or does not work. Please check bellow if you are eligible:

•    We must be notified within 60 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. All relevant returns information will be provided at this time. Please do not send the item back before contacting us.
•    Xtreme Safety will cover all shipping expenses at this stage. Please note that the product will be inspected when it arrives to our warehouse and if no problem is found, we will deduct the shipping cost and handling fees (10% of product price for products from 0-20kg or 15% if over 25kg)involved from the buyer’s refund.
•    If the problem is confirmed by our technicians we will contact you offering a full refund or a free replacement.
•    If you decide to be refunded, we will process it within 3 working days via the method of payment originally billed or any other method that Xtreme Safety considers appropriate.
•    If you choose a free replacement, we will post it within 2 working days.

The item is not fit for the purpose stated in our description or does not match description

•    We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. All relevant returns information will be provided at this time. Please do not send the item back before contacting us.
•    Xtreme Safety will cover all shipping expenses.
•    Once the product arrives in our warehouse we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 working days via the method of payment originally billed or any other method that Xtreme Safety considers appropriate.

Buyer change his Mind

If your item was purchased in error, or you've simply changed your mind, its not the end of the world. Please check bellow if you are eligible for a refund:
•    We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. All relevant returns information will be provided at this time.
•    The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when we received it. It must be in its original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf).
•    The buyer is responsible for any shipping cost involved in returning the item. If you are not sure how to send the item back, we are happy to give you the contact details of some of our couriers partners.
•    Do NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.
•    Handling fees will apply, to be deducted from the refund provided: 10% of product price (0-20kg) or 15% (over 25kg).
•    If the item was sent with free postage, the postage cost will also be deducted from the refund amount.
•    If the item has sustained damage in transit or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required. Xtreme Safety accepts no responsibility of loss or damage caused during return transit.
Please make sure you contact us before you send the item back to us and we will send you all the necessary paperwork for the return. For every return we will issue a RN (Return number) which should be included inside the package with the product. All other relevant information will be given to you at this time. We will not accept any returns without an RN attached.

- Xtreme Safety accepts no responsibility of loss or damage caused during return transit.
- Please order items carefully or ask for our advice prior to make any purchase.

WARRANTY

•    All our products come with 12 months standard warranty. If you have any problems with your order within that period please contact us to lodge a claim. 
•    Please note that we might request photos and/or video showing the issue.
•    We will organise a return label just so the item can be send back to us for inspection by one of our technicians. 
•    Once we identify the problem, we will either fix it or send a new replacement under warranty. 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
