Slicing fish or chopping vegetables with precision is simple and straightforward with the Yaxell Gou 20cm Kiritsuke Knife. Designed to mimic the qualities of a yanagi, a Japanese fish slicer and usuba, the Japanese vegetable knife, this knife is crafted with a long, broad blade, straight edge, and pointed tip so it slices through anything effortlessly. Shaped like a samurai sword, the blade is not only thinner and lighter in nature but also remarkably sharp and durable. It is clad by multiple layers of high quality stainless steel on both sides, making it tough enough to endure years of use in the kitchen.
