With equally premium quality of SG2 core knives, the blade of this paring knife is made with an ultra-hard core for a razor sharp edge. The multilayer stainless steel envelopes the core, making a flexible outer layer with a beautiful Damascus pattern. Its short blade and ergonomic handle, makes smaller cutting tasks effortless. Designed to go beyond ordinary kitchen knives, Yaxell Gou knives are of the highest quality as forged only by the skilled craftsmen in rigorous production steps.
