- Dual sectioned, made so the heating plate goes on top whilst leaving space underneath for your fruit/salad/snacks or a second meal you're going use later.
- It's slightly bigger than a typical lunch bag, leaving space so that the heating plate doesn't touch the edges.
- Has a removable middle separator, allowing the cord to pass from the top section down to the bottom.
- A back pocket so that the chord doesn't get tangled with your snacks.

0 - 3 Months from Purchase
Yepsy will determine, at no cost to the customer, whether the product is faulty and the cause of the fault within a reasonable time frame. In the event of a fault and if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer, then the customer can request an exchange or refund of the original purchase price.
3 - 12 Months from Purchase
Yepsy will determine, at no cost to the customer, whether the product is faulty and the cause of the fault within a reasonable time frame. In the event of a major failure or minor defect and if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer, then the customer can request repair free of charge by an approved manufacturer’s repairer. If the goods cannot be repaired within a reasonable time frame, the customer can request that Yepsy replace the product. Yepsy will then replace the product with a new or used product that has similar features.
