We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day part/replacement warranty.
Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee assures our customers that they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in their original factory condition for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by Yescom and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for appropriate packing, returning shipping cost, restocking fee ($19 per order), insurance and returning the item in "new" condition. Used items will not be accepted for return. We will replace the returning item with an identical item or a full refund.

I had been hunting a UV device to properly disinfect CPAP humidifier tubing and mask. Such things on the web and from cpap suppliers seemed small and awkward. And then I saw this glorious beast. Ordered, delivered safely, packed in the best packaging I’ve ever seen. It appears to work, it’s easy to put gear in, operation is simple. Elegant simple style, sits nobly on end of bathroom bench, back to wall, takes me back to barber shops of the 1950s.
