Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee assures our customers that they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in their original factory condition for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by Yescom and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for appropriate packing, returning shipping cost, restocking fee ($19 per order), insurance and returning the item in "new" condition. Used items will not be accepted for return. We will replace the returning item with an identical item or a full refund.

Really great item,very compact. But one really needs to pay attention first time taking out of bag, otherwise some head scratching occurs.

Arrived in a timely manner and in good condition into experience for my camping trip. Easy to put up a little harder to work out how it all goes back in the bag but I’ll get there.

The product arrived in a timely fashion and is exactly as described. Very lightweight, easy to assemble and excellent value for money. It is a shame that the accompanying bag could not house the legs as well as the roll-up top!
