We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day part/replacement warranty.
Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee assures our customers that they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in their original factory condition for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by Yescom and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for appropriate packing, returning shipping cost, restocking fee ($19 per order), insurance and returning the item in "new" condition. Used items will not be accepted for return. We will replace the returning item with an identical item or a full refund.

The stool is most useful to work with a Reiki Table. With the gas lift it gives various heights as there are tall and short persons and we all need to be comfortable to ensure client has a great Reiki Session.

I bought this chair as I do a lot of diamond painting & it helps my back. It has a lot of cushioning & the swivel means I don't have to get up & down. I like the fact that I can store it under my desk out of the way. Glad I bought this chair.

I love my new stool. My last on died after 30 years and I used it every day for work and when I had my leg amputated 10 years ago and have depended on it to scoot around home . I hope to have the same relationship with this new one. I was surprised at how easy and quick it was to get my new one. Thankyou.
