We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day part/replacement warranty.
Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee assures our customers that they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in their original factory condition for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by Yescom and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for appropriate packing, returning shipping cost, restocking fee ($19 per order), insurance and returning the item in "new" condition. Used items will not be accepted for return. We will replace the returning item with an identical item or a full refund.

After trying to manage crutches for a few weeks I was delighted when, thanks to the excellent delivery service from Fastway my Yescom scooter arrived. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and strength of this product. It was very easy to put together. Requiring very little skill or the use of tools. The scooter is easy to manoeuvre and I feel confident using it. Thanks My Deal for a great mobility product.

It does the job. Easy to assemble. No complaints about the product. Please suggest to the seller that Fastway couriers are hopeless. They do not answer the phone. When they do the message is not passed on to the staff who handle the parcels. The only way we could get the parcel was to pick it up ourselves. So much for "free delivery". A two hours round trip in the car.
