We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day part/replacement warranty.
Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee assures our customers that they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in their original factory condition for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by Yescom and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for appropriate packing, returning shipping cost, restocking fee ($19 per order), insurance and returning the item in "new" condition. Used items will not be accepted for return. We will replace the returning item with an identical item or a full refund.

I didn't put it in the ground, just tied it to a fence post with ultra-strong cable ties and it's perfect. Easy to put up and use. However, as it's not easy to find the correct ones, it would have been nice if a few more flag mounting accessories were included.

Very happy with product and the easiness of the assembly and election of product. Would be good to acquire another length of PVC tubing to place pole in different area of yard. Cannot buy this diameter of pipe anywhere.
