Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

Love this chair and so do the family. Waiting to buy another for a 70yr old that loves it too. Very comfy and easy to get in and out of and rather light. Fold quickly if you need to move it.

This sun lounge looks great and is comfortable. Easy to fold up and move around. Fairly easy to assemble. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Good looking, good quality, comfortable rocker with a nice solid feel. It arrived quicker than expected, I didn't find it particularly easy to assemble, but got there in the end,
