Zhiyun Crane 2S - 3 Axis Camera Gimbal - Black
The upgraded Zhiyun Crane 2S - 3 Axis Camera Gimbal features a new-generation 9th Instune Algorithm that improves the responsiveness of each axis, the CRANE 2S is capable of stabilizing large cameras such as the Blackmagic Pocket 6K, Panasonic S1H, and Canon EOS 1DX Mark II along with accessories.
Ensuring you won't miss any critical shots, CRANE 2S features FlexMount System which greatly simplifies the setup process while at the same time securing your valuable camera gear with a double safety mechanism. For the first time in the industry, CRANE 2S comes with a quick-release mount along with a safety knob on tilt axis which allows users to switch to vertical shooting in a snap without the need of additional accessory installation. The axis-locking mechanism for balancing a camera has also been improved with a two-phase locking design. The axis-locking mechanism additionally ensures that there's no movement of the gimbal components during travel or storage.
The grip handle of the gimbal is made out of carbon fibre so the gimbal feels lighter in your hand. The built-in handwheel on the side of the handle has been upgraded to allow for very low delay when controlling an add-on lens motor, sold separately, so you can make adjustments with more precision. On the bottom of the handle is a 1/4"-20 thread that allows you to attach the included mini tripod to be used as a stand or as an extension that can be held with the other hand for more control.
With the companion iOS/Android mobile app, advanced cinematic functions such as panorama, time-lapse, motion-lapse, and long exposure time-lapse can be performed with the gimbal to achieve creative results. Many of the gimbal's parameters can be adjusted via this app, while many key modes and parameters can be accessed directly from the 0.96" OLED screen right above the handle.
The CRANE 2S also supports a variety of dedicated Zhiyun-Tech TransMount accessories, which include servo motors - and the quick release plate included with the gimbal is compatible with many common tripod heads so you can efficiently move your camera between the gimbal and tripods, sliders, and other camera supports. Also included are a lens control and multiple camera control cables to allow for a comprehensive workflow. The CRANE 2S runs for up to 12 hours on three included batteries, which are rechargeable using a supplied triple charger.

Note: To prevent the lens from leaning down, lens support is needed when shooting vertically. In cases where the camera backing base is needed, the quick release plate must be tightened with the two screws provided.

Removable Batteries for Maximized Runtime

Carbon Fibre Handle
To enhance the practicality of the CRANE 2S the handle is built from carbon fibre, lightening the weight without compromising the maximum loading capacity.
Designed for high-efficiency team collaboration, CRANE 2S is equipped with a dedicated slot for installing image transmission transmitter.
Multiple mounting points are available on the gimbal for creative adaptation: One 1/4" screw hole on the back of the quick release plate for the camera to shift between different devices such as sliders and tripods; Two 1/4" screw holes with crown gear and one 3/8" screw hole.
The Crane 2S supports Zhiyun's TransMount ecosystem of accessories including TransMount image transmission system, quick setup kits, monopod, servo zoom/focus motors, etc.
Optional TransMount Image Transmission System allows focus pullers to focus and zoom while live monitoring the shots. Even more, they will also be able to change gimbal parameters and modes if needed.

CRANE 2S Gimbal supports digital focus control via the built-in focus wheel on the gimbal. In addition, the rotation dampening of the focus wheel has been improved, enhancing videographers' muscle memory for pulling focus.
Note: Digital focus control is only available for compatible cameras and lenses.

Note: Please refer to Zhiyun's Camera Compatibility List for compatibility of a specific lens and set which focus motor the focus wheel needs to control on the gimbal menu when installed with two focus motors. Focus motors need to be purchased additionally.
