What is Normal: Since natural latex is highly elastic, after the pillow is fully unpacked, there may be 1~3cm differences in width, length and thickness. This is completely normal for a natural latex product like this. It won't affect the pillow's outward appearance and comfort. All natural latex products will have some natural latex smell, this is completely normal for a product made with 100% natural latex material.

I bought a medium profile for myself and a low profile for my husband. The low profile was very low and too thin for his liking so he has my medium pillow. I will buy myself another medium as this is a good profile for me. I really do like the pillows and I feel good sleeping on a natural product.
