Stage 1 - Lock your child in the safety bar and harness and parents push the trike much like a pram. In this stage the front wheel is disengaged, the pedals spin freely and steering is through the parent steering handle.

Stage 2 - Engage the front wheel so that kids can pedal and steer themselves.

Stage 3 - Remove parents steering handle, safety gate and canopy. Children can now ride the trike like a normal trike.
