This punching bag is made of high strength stainless steel tube, and encased with soft fabric, high-density EPE foam, thick flannel buffer layer and wear-resistant PU leather surface. The included boxing gloves with anti-wear PU leather, thickened polyurethane padding, breathable holes and convenient hook & loop easterners can better protect your wrists and hands. What's more, the floor sucking base can be filled with sand or water for added stability and safety. 1. Please contact our Customer Service Team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning the item. Without the RMA number, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and not acceptable.

2. Please send us 1-5 clear photos if there is any damage or quality issue with the item you receive.

3. If you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order, please contact us before dispatch (1 business day).

4. If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issue, please note that the original postage is not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. Return or exchange requests are ONLY acceptable for unused items and within 7 days of receipt.
