Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

This greenhouse was a gift for our daughter in-law because she has always admired mine which is the same. She was over the moon when she opened her birthday present . Now she has it set up, which was so easy and she has got her plants in it. She tells me it was the most treasured gift of all time.

The Greenfingers Greenhouse is an excellent product. I can propagate cuttings, and raise seedlings successfully without worrying about the changeable weather outside. It fits well in my garden.

Good communication, fairly fast delivery considering the times we're in at the moment, unfortunately haven't had a chance to assemble it due to the constant rain so cannot comment on quality or value for money at this stage.

Great little greenhouse which was reasonably easy to construct despite the absence of the instructions! Apart from that it’s fit for purpose, and has taken pride of place in my very small garden.
