1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Few minor manufacturing flaws (won't affect usability) but overall awesome product for the price. Shipping was terrible though (ordered New Years Day & took nearly a month to final delivery (not helped by Covid delays). Not impressed with courier used (Hunter Express) who delivered the 3 packages separately over this time. Seller redeemed themselves however by providing a trampoline that is every bit as good as something you'd expect to pay way more for. Very happy with this purchase and the kids are over the moon with it. Would have given less stars due to poor shipping but instead am going to overlook minor flaws mentioned above due to this being a great buy. Best new trampoline I've seen for this price.
