Satisfies my needs , is good quality at a good price. The water intake to steamer was not connected, but was easily fixed. Quality control before release of product should be more stringent. Two accesories listed in advertisement were also missing. Was supplied main missing accesory (mop head), scourer attachment was not included. All in all I am happy with purchase.
