Features: Unlike standard filter-bag vacuum cleaners, the newly-developed water filter works using the natural power of water. With high suction power, the water in the filter is rotated at high speed. The rotating water column efficiently filters out any dust that is vacuumed in and immediately binds it in the water. The result is fresh and clean air and allergy sufferers won't have to worry about inhaling powder or dust. As the vacuum cleaner has a water filter, filter bags (in which allergens can multiply) are no longer needed, and mite excretions are simply emptied out with the water after use. Another advantage is that there is no longer a cloud of dust when emptying the vacuum cleaner. This means allergy sufferers can use and stay in the area when the vacuum is in use without worrying about inhaling dust or allergens.
- The water filter absorbs dust and odours (bagless catchment tank).
- This vacuum cleaner can vacuum both wet and dry surfaces; however, when vacuuming wet surfaces the tank water must be emptied first, and when vacuuming dry surfaces add clean water in the tank below the maximum line.

Total Corporate Services offers a 12 month back to base warranty for all motors from the date of purchase.

Until the nature of any fault/damage is determined, the resolution options Total Corporate Services can provide may vary. To assist with a quick resolution process, we will require photos of the issue to be emailed. Once the fault/issue is determined and clarified, Total Corporate Services may offer replacement parts to the customer. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned to repair the fault/issue. Postage fee for returning for repair is the buyers responsibility.

The 12 month back to base warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; such as damage caused by operating the item outside of what is described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by Total Corporate Services to provide service.

Should this TCS product fail to perform as a result of normal wear and tear, please contact us and inform us of the issue, and simply arrange a return (the freight cost is the responsibility of the buyer) and we will repair and/or replace it at our expense.
